About MINDSET

The Project

The MINDSET project is a partnership between researchers, healthcare providers and interpreting professionals to develop training for interpreters in dementia and cognitive assessments. The project will co-design the training materials with key stakeholders, before conducting a Randomised Control Trial (RCT) to measure the training’s efficacy. The goal of the project is to make the training available to every interpreter in Australia as part of the NAATI accreditation and professional development program.
